1. Who we are

Our Disney Home is a vacation rental home in the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, run by Kyle McCaw. This policy explains what happens to the personal information you share with us. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Our Disney Home.

It covers:

• This website, including the photo pages, availability calendar, inquiry form, and blog
• Your booking, from the first inquiry through check-out
• Emails, calls, and texts between you and us

Our website is for guests planning a stay. It is not meant for children.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask for government ID numbers or health information on this website.

3. How we use information

We use your information to:

• Answer your questions and send you rates and availability
• Take and manage your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and check-in details
• Process payments and security deposits
• Keep our guests, neighbors, and the home safe, and follow resort and community rules
• Understand how people use the website so we can make it better
• Send you emails about your stay and, if you agree, news and offers you can stop at any time
• Follow the law, protect our rights, and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only as needed to run your stay:

• Our booking system. Availability, inquiries, and reservations run through OwnerRez. They store and process that information under their own terms and privacy policy.
• Our payment processor. It takes your payment securely. See Section 5.
• Website tools. We use Google Analytics and Meta tools to see how people use the site and to measure our advertising. See Section 6.
• Our property team. People who help us manage the home, such as cleaners and maintenance, see only what they need, like your arrival date.
• Legal and safety reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our guests, neighbors, or the home.
• With your permission, or when you ask us to.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your choices, see how visitors use the site, and measure our advertising. This includes Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you use a Global Privacy Control signal or a similar setting, we will treat it as an opt-out of targeted advertising where the law requires. Blocking some cookies may change how parts of the site work, such as the calendar.

7. How long we keep it and how we protect it

How long. We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them for our accounting, taxes, and legal duties. We keep inquiries that did not turn into a stay for a reasonable time, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

How we protect it. We use reasonable safeguards, including secure connections on this website and trusted booking and payment providers. No website or system is perfectly secure. If a problem affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

• Emails. Click "unsubscribe" in any news or offer email. We will still send messages about your booking.
• See, fix, or delete. You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, such as California, Colorado, Virginia, or Texas, you may also have the right to a copy of your information and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your information.
• How to ask. Email kyle@mccawpm.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to confirm it is you before we act. You can use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for asking.
